It is s very helpful app to give yourself another perspective on losing weight. I've lost 15 lbs so far!

Joel Williams

Using Noom and the logging sites I have made a consistent reduction from 260 lbs to this morning weigh-in of 219.8 lbs. By logging my meals every day it is easy to stay within the 1400 calory limit. My goal is to get under 200 lbs and I am confident, with patience, I will reach that weight and maintain it. Right now I look awesome in a mirror.

Very structured

Horrible UI. Beyond frustrtated and done with the app. Honestly. Saw an ad during a vulnerable time and they promised success but I didnt find success until I personally looked in the mirror and decided to treat myself as nicely as I treat others. Came back to the app after months of not using it and its an overpriced calorie counter and excercise log. Just get MFP and save like 160 dollars. Did teach me some things but just google calorie density.

Was working great... Now i am being billed for a subscription i no longer have access to and the app wants me to start over with a new subscription.

Laura Allen

Refuses to allow me to register by saying that myou're by saying that my phone has no Internet even though it does. So I don't even get a chance. I've tried 4 times.

Sadie Riley

Very smart and funny

Luminita Rusu

The weight is still off a year later. It's knowledge, not hype.

I love noom. It has been very helpful for me. The food psych tricks are great. Also, you learn so much about yourself and your eating habits:)

Sheri Clarke

I absolutely love this program. I have never been so successful. I've lost 64lbs using this app but I do have complaints too. Since the last update, when I try to log my food, it glitches. It's very frustrating and very discouraging. I also hate that you can't log exercise on a different day. I hate that there's no way to go back or repeat lessons, and it won't even let me listen to them anymore.
